Onboarding New Owners
Initial Consultation
We start with a one-on-one meeting to understand your goals and property details. We'll go over everything from expected rental income to the specific needs of your property.
Property Setup & Marketing
Once the paperwork is handled, we take care of prepping your property, including professional marketing and tenant outreach to attract the best tenants.If you already have property photos, we'll happily use them and take more as needed.
Smart Lock Installation
As part of our commitment to security and efficiency, we install Wi-Fi-enabled locks on your property—at no cost to you.These locks allow us to manage access remotely, provide temporary or changeable codes for tenants, and enhance safety. All we ask is for a small space to mount our Wi-Fi box with access to an outlet, which we maintain along with the locks.
Owner Portal Access
You'll have access to our owner portal through our management software, TenantCloud. Here, you can view detailed reports on your property, including operating statements, deposit summaries, general expenses, income reports, and more—all available on demand.
Thorough Tenant Screening
We believe that great tenants are key to maintaining high occupancy. That’s why we conduct a rigorous screening process, which includes background checks, credit history, employment verification, and in-depth interviews to ensure each tenant is the right fit for your property.
Tenant Communication & Support
We manage all tenant interactions, from lease agreements to everyday communication. Our team handles rent collection, maintenance requests, and any tenant concerns quickly and professionally, creating a positive living experience.
